YOU WILL NEED.. (makes about 2- 3 medium-large burgers)
- 1 canned Beans of choice i.e. black beans, pinto beans, chickpeas etc (organic if possible)
- 1 medium to large Sweet Potato
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup old fashion rolled oats
- 3 - 4 tablespoons of Tamari
- Add to taste turmeric, cumin, smoked paprika
METHOD
- PEEL AND BOIL SWEET POTATO UNTIL SOFT
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 180 DEGREES CELSIUS
- IN A FOOD PROCESSOR ADD THE CANNED BEANS, COOKED SWEET POTATO, OATS, TAMARI, AND SPICES
- PROCESS UNTIL COMBINED
- SHAPE MIXTURE INTO BURGER SHAPE
- PLACE IN THE OVEN AND COOK FOR ABOUT 15 - 30 MINUTES
